18twenty8 is an award-winning, women-led Non-Profit Organisation that empowers young South African women from disadvantaged backgrounds by developing strategies for their educational and personal development. We provide financial assistance for the higher educational needs of deserving young women, provide role models and mentors through our Big Sister Network, give general support to young women of school-leaving age as they undertake tertiary studies or prepare for their first jobs, and assist young women with the development of life goals and career plans.

The Future of the African Daughter project (FOTAD) is a girl-child development project for girls aged 12 to 19 years who come from previously disadvantaged areas, namely rural areas and townships. The project aims to change the life of the ordinary girl from the township and rural areas, the African daughter, by providing practical and meaningful assistance, guidance and skills to girls participating in the project.

The Robin Hood Foundation is a KZN-based charity that makes a positive difference through the distribution of donated items to the poorest of the poor. The Robin Hood Foundation focuses on committing random acts of kindness to groups of society in need, namely; babies, grannies looking after orphaned grandchildren, orphan-headed households and "forgotten" grandparents in old age homes.

The Women’s Hope Education and Training (WHEAT) Trust is a women's fund that supports grassroots women making a difference in their communities. WHEAT invests in education, training and capacity building to foster women's leadership and to enable dialogue. WHEAT gives grants and support to women-led, Community Based Organisations who do not have access formal funding. WHEAT promotes a culture of giving and follows the principles of human rights for women and of feminism.
